A complete business management platform for hardware, building-materials and trading shops. It covers inventory, purchasing, POS sales, customer credit and full double-entry accounting in one system.
Hardware and building-materials businesses sell thousands of items in many units such as pieces, feet, kilograms and bags. They give credit to contractors and regular customers and buy from many suppliers. Spreadsheets and paper ledgers quickly drift away from the real stock and real dues.

Cold Storage Management System (CoSAS)
Complete automation for potato cold storages in North Bengal: farmer bookings, sack inventory, loans against stored potatoes, DO-token deliveries and accounts, with a fully Bangla interface.
During the season a cold storage receives thousands of potato sacks from hundreds of farmers and agents. Each lot needs an SR receipt, a rent rate and often a loan against the stored potatoes. Later, partial deliveries are released by DO token. Tracking all this on paper leads to disputes, lost money and long queues.
Every lot gets an SR-ID from booking to final delivery. Loans, interest, rent and deliveries are linked to that lot, so the balance of each farmer is always exact, and printed DO slips in Bangla speed up the delivery gate.

BMDA ERP
An enterprise resource planning system for the Barind Multipurpose Development Authority (BMDA), the government authority for irrigation and agricultural development across the Barind region. It brings offices, people and finances into one bilingual platform.
BMDA works through a deep hierarchy of zonal, circle, divisional and upazila offices. Personnel records, postings and budgets were spread across separate offices and files, which made it hard to see one consistent picture and to report to the ministry.
One central system models the whole office hierarchy. Each user sees exactly the offices they are responsible for, staff data is kept in standard Personal Data Sheets, and vouchers roll up into government-format financial statements.

Jamuna Industrial Agro Group: Group ERP
An integrated ERP for a multi-unit agro-industrial group. It connects procurement, production, inventory, sales and accounts across the group's companies, so management sees one consolidated picture.
An agro-industrial group buys raw materials seasonally, processes them in several units and sells through distributors. When every company keeps its own books, management only sees the group's real stock, cost and profit at month end.

Hi-Tech Specialized Hospital: HMS
A full hospital management system for Hi-Tech Specialized Hospital PLC, Rajshahi. It covers the whole patient journey, from appointment and OPD to admission, pathology, pharmacy and billing, plus the hospital's public website.
A specialised hospital runs many departments at once: OPD, wards, labs, imaging, pharmacy and accounts. When each keeps its own records, patients repeat their details, bills miss charges and management cannot see the day's income.
One patient ID follows each patient through every department. All charges flow into a central bill, lab reports print with the hospital's own header, and income, expense and accounts update automatically.

Feeling Station ERP
A live control panel and ERP for a fuel filling station. It reads data from the station's Gilbarco forecourt controller and turns every pump transaction into sales, shift, tank and reconciliation reports, in Bangla or English.
Owners can watch every nozzle live from anywhere, compare tank dips with sales, and catch shortages at the end of every shift instead of at the end of the month. The connector is strictly read-only and never sends commands to the pumps, so the forecourt stays safe.
Tank volume is calculated from each tank's calibration chart, and price changes, deliveries and alarms are recorded with time stamps for audit.
